didnt realise till at work bt apparently dere's a big diff in terms of their workin style.

dey r mre obedient, mre 'mild' or weaker as the pple in office put it. result: dey make much betta subordinates cos dey follow wad's bein said to dem. sae 1 n dey'll seldom if nt nv go against ur word. if dey meet wif any unhappiness dey will most prob jus swallow it down n hae d 'nvm, it's alrite.' attitude.
on the other hang, sporeans will stand up for wad dey feel is right even if it's against wad their boss sae. dey r mre stubborn or stronger in a way. thus we r harder to control as we r sorta mre rebellious. we usually wun resign workin under someone mre inferior den us n we'll voice our unhapiness if any shld arise.
